I have a Neptune Clothes Washer and it spins at an incredible high rate of speed. I mean it sounds like a jet engine as it does its final spin so that every drop of water it seems is flung out of the clothes. It works really well, but its fatal flaw is its bearings. They do not last long and is almost an impossible task to change out. I think it was bad enough they had a class action lawsuit/recall on them.

They worked really good though at drying clothes before it got to the dryer.
