I posted on here a short while back looking for a work-trade.  I received some nice replies, which was hopeful, but I ultimately didn’t find a good fit.  During this time, I also ended up rather abruptly leaving the place I was staying and have been living out of my car for two months now.  I’ve been looking and looking and have just about exhausted all of my options, but I don’t want to throw in my metaphorical towel just yet…

That said, I’m still looking for a work-trade situation.  Ideally it would last for at least 6 months and would provide me with a space to myself.  In exchange for a place to stay, I’d like to offer house-cleaning services as I have a lot of cleaning experience, as well as help with yard/garden or art projects, pet-care, meal-prep, etc.  Also, as a reasonably kind and empathetic person, I’m happy to be a live-in friend or companion for someone who’s needing company or connection.  It’s a lonely world and it’d be nice to find some community, even if it’s just another person.

So you know, I’m currently in Corvallis, OR and would like to find something in-town or very close-by.  I’m progressive, feminist, vegan, pro-vax, pro-choice, etc.  I believe in animal rights and equal rights for all.  I’m easy-going, I like movies, I make art.

If you think I could lend you a hand, please PM me.

Thanks much.

Let me tell you a story about a man named Jed. He made this tiny ad:
