In this episode, I interview Jason White of the Plans and Provisions podcast and website, Plans and Provisions – Homesteading and Preparedness Jason is one of the most "squared away" homesteaders that I know. He does not go in for fads or fear. His information is solid and his plans are well thought out in a very level headed way. I highly recommend his work! We discuss gardening, herbs, food preservation, etc. Apologies for some background noise and such at a couple of points... I had some equipment failures during the interview, but it still turned out very well and I am sure you will enjoy it!
