Thought this was really cool but have one question. How is cape weed good for composting if it accumulates minerals to a toxic level?

So long as you are collecting cape weed from your own garden and not gathering from anywhere that you are unfamiliar with the history of the soil, it ought to be fine to add to your compost.

I have not read your link.

I have read that borage and comfrey help with composting because they accumulate zinc and phosphorous which are nutrients and the plants grow quickly so a person has plenty to add to their compost.

I am sure the link lists others.  Most weeds or what most folks consider weeds are herbs or are beneficial in their own way.

If you were a tree, what sort of tree would you be? This tiny ad is a poop beast.
