Any suggestions on how to transport? Damp paper towels or in water? Would it be a good idea to mix them together as willow helps with rooting? Would it be better to cut sooner rather than later?
Thank you very much!
Hey Kat.. I would say to take your cuttings as close to leaving as possible. Transport in water, and it is good that you already know about willow’s rooting hormone properties. You shouldn’t need a change of water in that short of a period, but it could be good to change the water when you get home.. unless you are planning to plant them right then?!? Best of luck in your endeavors, and safe travels!
