We have a 4br house on 10 acres in Worden, Il, 25 fruit trees and a lot of fenced in yard, great place for goats, horses, ect. their is a chicken coop as well. we are looking to rent out 2 of the rooms to someone who wants a place to call home. we bought this place in 2018 thinking we could live here forever, but bobs health got bad, and we have no  kids to give this place to.  after bob passes, they would take over the house payments as rent to own or contract for deed, or simply buy it, and it would be theirs, contracts would be done to ensure all had what they wanted or needed. Anyone want a dream come true?  we want to start an international community of like minded people and we are trying to do so, but are finding it rather hard

Howdy, Amy. Interested to learn a bit more about the room(s) and timelines. What would be the rental terms to start and for how much would one rent? Would this be a standard rental or would there be a co-op work component as part of staying at the property?
And, looking down the road somewhat - for the entire place - roughly what are the monthly obligatory costs including average operational expenditures and property tax dues?
Sorry to hear that this is going a different direction outside of your original intentions. I am in the STL area so, this may be a feasible option to - what looks like the foreseeable future - remain in this region for some time to come while leaving the urban front. Also, I need to get my permie feet wet, sooner than later. Rather not have to move far in order to start on a new path; and finding a good place is half of the battle.
Feel free to send a ‘private message’ with some details if you so prefer.
Regards, Addison

Hey Amy, I'm Ashley.
I'm sorry to hear about Bobs health. I hope things start looking up. I can do energy healing (reiki) and I have been told my hands are better than a doctor's as far as healing goes. I wouldn't mind doing daily sessions to try to help him heal.
I'm looking for a place where I could be of use in this world to someone.
Is there any way you would do a work to stay for one of the rooms? And if so, what would be required? I'm a quick learner and I work pretty good.
I'm 39, currently in East Texas. I'm quiet and very laid back.
Ask anything, I don't mind.
I'll attach a pic or two.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your situation and I'd be happy to help.  I'm in illinois about 3 and a half hours hours away from Worden. I have some experience gardening, growing mushrooms, hydroponics and a handful of other things, but not a lot of experience. Message me with more information please and feel free to ask me any questions. have a great day

I live nearby, near St. Louis. How much is the rent? I could eveb camp and volunteer effort toward any community goals. It's my dream to join a community. This sounds perfect, because I could still be close enough to visit family and friends.

Hi Amy! If you still haven’t found someone, I’d be interested in talking. I’m currently in the Chicagoland suburbs and looking to relocate so a simpler, more affordable lifestyle. Please send me a private message
