You didn’t actually make the tea. I wanted to know how much to use and do you boil it or just let it steep in hot water?

The best medicinal value from tea made with dried herb, is 1oz(by weight) of the herb to 1qt of just boiling water. I generally steep it (covered) until it cools, then strain it through good quality cheesecloth(not that white gauzy stuff, but the kind that's actually used in cheese making) or tightly woven muslin or cotton, squeezing as much liquid out as possible. Dosing it's very individual, and something you may have to play around with, too find the highest efficacy for each person.
