Hello, I’m Rune.  I live in SE Alaska and am working at getting my new home off-grid.  I am on a small island working on my boat, that doesn’t have a final name yet.  I would love to talk with people who are making their home on the sea.  I believe that the sea is life.  I hunt big game and small on land, forage, fish, and dig.
I am already doing this on my own, but yeah, some company would be nice.  Not looking for a romantic partner, but rather, a life companion of either/any sex.  Winters are long and cold, but resources are plentiful.
Feel free to contact me regarding solar, wind, or hydroelectric power, foraging, hunting, fishing, etc., etc., et al.
Grateful to find this site, and looking forward to networking! 🙂

I just got back from Kodiak Island not long ago, working at a remote lodge, lots of time on the boat and fishing, lived basically on the edge of the ocean, hoping it wouldn't engulf my small abode as I slept each night and was thankful to listen to its waves crashing. It's definitely a rough lifestyle out there. However, once you leave, it seems to claw you back to it.
