Howdy,
Just looking at Holzer's new book,
Desert or Paradise, and he alludes to a recipe of "leftover kitchen waste, mixed with beans and if left standing overnight will release an irresistible smell for the pigs." May be a dumb question, but would this mean cooked or raw beans? He also said, regarding attracting pigs to a digging site that "corns, peas and broad beans work really well." Same question, raw or cooked?
