Hi Everyone, I've made my first ROUGH J Tube Rocket and would like your input. I want something similar in function to the one in Wheaton's Kickstarter DVD. Since I wasn't sure about it's innards, I got some sketches and notes from Ernie & Erica about a J tube canning forge. My creation has a burn chamber similar to a RMH- even though the one in the Kickstarter has a much smaller one.

To save time, here's a link for a video of my creation:

I know there are at least two problems with it: 1. It's not sealed/airtight at the burn chamber. 2. It's not insulated with perlite.

My question mainly is: if I fix the two problems listed above, will that make it as hot as the one in the Kickstarter? What else should I do? Thanks!
