Hey guys,
We offer for rent land of about 2000 sqm in the center of a small village called Mönchenhöfe in the East of Germany. See attached map property #211.
The land is situated about 100km south of Berlin (about a 1h drive).

This little hideaway is awaiting to be cared of to blossom and flourish once again.
A few young fruit trees are already on the property.

Rent would be 300€ per month.

On the land is already a garage and the part close to the street can get a building permission.

I am looking forward to your replies.
