Private Lot for rent or trade on 32 acres

Hi All,

Here in central NC, near Raleigh, Durham and Greensboro, I live 12 miles outside of Burlington on a small very private piece of land with 32 acres one mile off the road, which is in the middle of a 1000 acre tract. It's very private and secure, there are very few people who even know there is a house back there.
The property is about half hardwoods and half open fields. There are 3 creeks and a pond.

Below my house is a lot I once rented a mobile home on. It has it's own septic system, good cold clean deep well water, Duke Power 200amp electrical hookup and a landline phone service hookup. This site has nice hardwood trees for shade, a large area for your garden or permiculture planting, a great spot for hanging a hammock, firepit, and should you hunt, there are abundant deer, wild turkey, small game and birds. (I do not hunt).
I am asking $175 per month rent and am open to an RV, mobile Home, camper or other shelters.
I'm looking for someone willing to help around the property, maybe help mow the grass, help me cutup downed trees, you know that sorta stuff.
