Order Support Requested

I ordered your 8 disc DVD on rocket stove from PayPal, I have not received them.
Just checking to see that the order did go through.

The tracking number says "delivered".  Did you get it?

We have not received it. How was it sent?
It may have been delivered to wrong address?

I bumped the email that has the shipping address you provided us and the tracking number which shows it was delivered.

Shipped via usps which says "Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 1:41 pm on December 9, 2023"

WAIT!

I see a big problem.  

USPS says it delivered to NY, but the address you provided is PA.  Something went wonky somewhere.  I don't know where it went wonky, but I will pay for another shipment to be sent.

Gonna add in a DVD for rocket ovens to try to take the sting out a bit.
