Permies near Coos Bay?

Might be spending some amount of time with friends helping them get their property set up a bit inland from Coos Bay. Seeking like-minded people in the area for friends, trades, or general tips for the area. This'll be the closest I've been to the coast so I'm not sure how that'll impact my usual practices. Would be bringing my collection of landrace seeds that I've been developing and as many perennials as I can pack and bring with. Not sure if there's much of a permaculture scene in the area, but hoping there is.
