I thought this was an interesting video.  I love how the per-acre calories are included.  Of course since production is dependent on many factors, this needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

One thing I thought he should emphasize more is that one needs to start learning to cook and eat these things even before growing them.

What would you add?

Hey Sherry, I gave this a look and it was worth my time. The guy's delivery is super-accelerated and crazy intense, but that's how media works.

When he pulled out pruning shears instead of a survival knife I knew he was genuine.

Of course he's in a very different grow zone from me, but it gets the gears working ...
