The leaf legged stink bug is destroying my tomato crops. What can I do to get rid of these pests?

Have you tried DE aka Diatomaceous Earth or a soap solution?

For the soap solution:

A quart of warm water, and one teaspoon of dish soap, mix and put in a spray bottle.
