I have 20+ chickens. Most of them are in a former shed with a large run. I’ve had chickens there for 3 1/2 years and it’s devoid of all vegetation. The shed itself is in need of major repairs. This past summer they hatched many many chicks and whenever the chicks were a few weeks old, they would decide they were free and would escape through small holes in the run and get eaten by bobcats and things. Most of the surviving children were roosters, which I had to give away. Sooooo…. I am embarking on a huge building project. I want to build 3-4 mobile coops that will house 7-10 chickens. I will be able to keep more rooster offspring and rotate them to different mini flocks to eliminate inbreeding. All that is a long intro of unnecessary information to say, does anyone have any great chicken tractor plants or pics for chicken tractor/mobile coops accommodating 10 chickens?
