I suspect that only 1 person in a hundred can stand to listen to all all of my first podcast. And only 1 in a hundred of those would listen to the first 100. That makes 1 in 10,000.

Out of those, I suspect that only 1 in 200 would want to live under my tyrany. And of those, only 1 in 20 is in a position where they would actually do it. And only 1 out of 10 of those thinks the terms are reasonable.

That makes for 1 in 400 million.

I suspect that "no smoking" eliminates half the population.

1 in 800 million.

"no pot" eliminates about 70%.

So now we are looking for that 1 person in 2 billion. Since there are 7 billion people on the planet, I guess there will be only 2 or 3 people that will come to my land. I'm okay with that.

As I once told a friend, if you've got a hundred guys lined up at your door, and they're all jerks, all you've got is a hundred jerks cluttering up your front porch.

And that goes triple for a working community!
