We lived in Indiana sometime around 2004.
I don't remember eating out very often.
My son-in-laws family is from Indiana so I have heard about Hoosier Pie and Persimmon Pudding.
And then there is fried cornmeal mush and fried biscuits with cinnamon sugar and spiced apple butter.
