Hola to permies in Latin America. A good mate of mine is a regenerative farmer here and is getting ready to do an extended tour of Central and South America in a few months, with the possibility to add Mexico to his plans. He asked me to put out a request for suggestions of places that he could visit.

Basically, Sam wants to see a variety of systems and learn from each. His family farm does organic dairy and market gardening, and they are starting to integrate trees into the mix. They're also using biochar as a feed additive, and we've made some on site by lighting a big slash pile left over from harvesting pines on the farm.

Mingiroa Farms

I reckon you could put him to work if he visits you.

I don't know. He's still a few months from heading out. I hope to see him over the winter at one of our meetups and will find out.
