Looks like the financing is finally coming forward.

Put in in-floor heating piping in all home, even if you are not going to use it right away.

Either Brillouin Energy water heaters, or these homescale geothermal systems will be coming in the next 10 years.
If you are already plumbed, will be easy to take advantage of.

And if the worst happens, is the most efficient way to use wood heat too.....
