My Concord grapes produced incredibly for many years and now they have black rot. How can I correct it?

Not something I have experience with here out west.  However the advice seems to be the same as for the ones we do have.  webpage on black rot
Basically fall/winter clean up of any diseased material and spring monitoring and removal of any infected material.
 
The longest recorded flight time of a chicken is 13 seconds. But that was done without this tiny ad:
