Hey guys, I'm Kobyn from northern alberta, in Canada.

I just talked the bank into putting 53 acres of land in my name and thought I would offer it up to anyone who would like to : develop the land, live on the land, caretake some of the plants, im still open to ideas. Im also interested in setting up a network of people and landowners who would like to share their land and create a continent wide land share.

Here in northern alberta we have so many well paying jobs. But the winter is very long. Many retirees goto arizona for the winter, I'm loving this idea, skipping out on winter, even though im 27.

I enjoy carpentry, restoring cars/vehicles and have a small shop. currently am thinking of restoring cars during the winter there. Thus if anyone would like to exchange their labor (autobody, gardener, general labor) for a place to stay, id be interested. Or if you just want to come check out the are and need a place to stay.

I think id like to setup the land for fruit/berry orchard and other perennial foods. but who knows.

Id be pro rv on the land and also have a room in a real house for a place to stay.

Post anything that comes to mind eh? peace!
