Hello

I plan on building a Cob Oven soon. I live in West Palm Beach, Florida and was wondering where do I get the clay? Any other tips are welcome too. thank you.

Amanda Eur : If you had asked me how many square yards of materials, clay, sand, and straw you would need I could not help you ! Please look at my answer to
Jennifer Donaways Cob Forum Thread ' Where do you get your sand ', for small amounts you could check with your local highway dept., they probably have a list
and a protocol to deal with clay bank washouts in road cuts. Good Luck ! Happy Cob Dancing !

For the Good of the Crafts ! Be safe, keep warm ! As always, your comments and questions are solicited and Welcome ! PYRO - Magical Big AL !
