Amanda Eur : Your First step should be to create a new topic in this Forum>>Thread ! and give it a short snappy name like WEST PALM COB OVEN
This will get you more traffic and announce your location. Perhaps you will find a Cob Experienced near neighbor with good clay !

For the future good of the Craft! Be safe, warm! PYRO AL - As always, your questions and comments are solicited, and are Welcome ! A. L.

Amanda, I usually start with sand and gravel companies.
Here is a search result in your area.

Amanda Eur : To miles picks I would add Local Department of Public Works D.P.W., local/county/State Highway Depts, Agricultural schools, local Soil
Conservation Services, and personally check all new Road Cuts and new Drainage Ditches, If that doesn't work out Try local Excavation Contractors,
tell them it's an Art project ! Tell them you are re-creating old time-y techniques , you are going to use it outdoors, with a little luck you can get the
clay delivered for a couple of cases of Beer ! PYRO - AL ! As always, comments / questions are solicited and are Welcome ! A. L.
