Hello everyone i hope you feel well , i started writing down a project and i would like to here if anyone could share opinions and input how such a project could move towards realization.

Its a bit long but hope you will read anyway i attached project as a pdf file.

Hi Morten, Sounds like an ambitious project. What's missing for me is pictures - a map would help to visualise your project. Also some idea of your team resources. I just had a quick look, but it is not clear whether this is a personal project or one that involves a local organisation or community.
I wish you well with your endeavors however.
