Anyone wanna experiment ?

it doesn't say whether proteins are required, just that the amino's allow the clay to form bonelike structure.
Might make cob more pourus, so harder to heat, but better insulator. Lighter too, and may be more flexible for height ?

Morgan Morrigan : Amino Acids are proteins, some quite complicated. The article which appears to have been written by an English major and Edited by a
Business School Graduate, does not tell us whether the Amino Acids are used as Catalysts, or are used up in the process ! This only tells us that the clay
was 'changed' at the nano-level to make it likely to encourage Osteogenesis. This actually seems to parallel work done that showed Coral could be implanted
to provide a framework for rebuilding Bone ! Also see the topic 'related stories' on the same page !

Viewed microscopically, these two would both look very similar to certain types of 'fused' Bio-char !

There are very old Cob Skyscrapers in Yemen 5 and more stories high, and there they often make their rooms 10 ' tall with air channels for cooling !
Pictures can be found in Ianto Evans et. al. book - '' The Hand-Sculpted House '' .
