need help to design and build the food garden/forest in our new digital nomad village in nicaragua

We are setting up a 100-lot development for digital nomads in Nicaragua and would like to have an organic food garden component in the village. we can pay for an experienced person who has set up similar projects. is not a short-term role we would like them to at least stay through the initial planting and construction phase. we are close to waves and beautiful beaches along the emerald coast. great project to be involved with. any advice would be great on how to find someone with this kind of experience.

Do you have a website with pictures or some kind of business plan that can be seen? If I was in the market to pursue a project I would want to have a good idea of expectations of the role, the vision, and what resources are available to get it done. You use the term we, so I assume you might already have some sort of team developing?
