The owners dedicated their lives to building out this permaculture paradise for 10 years and it's bittersweet to let it go. Near the ocean and old growth redwood, adjacent to protected second growth redwood and down the road from the cleanest river in the lower 48.

Wow in 9 years the price of that house went up 740%. And it's probably still a cheap house for California.

Did you look at that shop? Did you notice it was constructed w hempcrete? Did you notice neither the merger, shop, full remodel to home, and food forest  was not there 9 years ago?
I agree. Not cheap to live in California, especially when it's just a bike ride to the ocean, old growth redwoods and the cleanest river in the United States other than Alaska.
