Hi everyone,
I'm in need of building plans for a solid timberframe. Idea is a final outcome of a modified Earthship built around a solid timber frame filled in with either strawbale, rammed earth, or cordwood, or a combination ... the latter two I have available but for the labor. Straight forward rectangular, m/l, with clerestory for light in back portion, and greenhouse front with shed roof for solar panels, bermed in back with water collection draining roof and in-berm cysterns.
So looking for plans on how to erect a heavy timber frame for all this. Willing to pay ... if allowed in this venue?
Once done, idea is to pass on, resell. Or exchange for ... ?
Fishing here for sure but reality is, once the plans are used, building done, they could help someone else at greatly reduced cost.
Thanks.

There are books with these details and even books with plans, you will just need to search around for them.
Are you planning to get permits or just build it?
Have you got the skills you need at the moment?
Good luck.
