Building love and care with others is important to me.
Developing friendships that have a foundation made of Trust.

Is that a photo of a rock climbing move?  Although the accoutrements don't fit.
I also agree with the foundation of trust!

It is a rock grounding move..a foundational move..trust needs to be as solid as a rock.

Interesting, I often felt when rock climbing that I was making a connection somehow with the rock/earth 🌎
I see that grounding is a more or less technical term for what you described.
Also interesting is my guess that our hunter-gather ancestors were probably quite grounded throughout their daily lives, simply because of their lifestyle, as are probably today the 100 or so uncontacted tribes in the Amazon.

I love to rock climb.  To be in the sky..to grip on and pull in to the rock.  So exhilarating!  So strengthening!

I feel grounded when I place one of these on each ear ...and listen.

The one in the middle looks like a little dinosaur hatching.
