Oh my goodness yes! We need this in the Portland metro area too. We try to reuse takeout containers when they're washible at least once, but we rarely end up with them, as we don't often eat takeout. We have reuseible tupperware, but yeah, on the occasion we get plastic ones that we can wash and reuse we do it for a while.

But ultimately that's not good enough so I want this program, every area should do this.
