This may be in the incorrect place
https://www.lajunquera.com/?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
"La Junquera is a 1,100-hectare farm working with regenerative practices since 2015.
It is based in the Northwest of Murcia, one of the most desertified areas on the Iberian Peninsula.
La Junquera is much more than a farm, it is a meeting point.
Here regenerative and sustainable projects are developed education, research, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem restoration.
This all happens in a unique and exciting environment."

I found a farm over there that will let people like me pay for a sort of membership where my money helps sustain the farm, and I can buy some of the almond tree almonds.

There was supposed to be a link included but maybe it wasn't allowed.

As a concept some of us would like to help sponsor some of you all who are actually at a regenerative farm!

I was ENORMOUSLY intrigued with the historical legacy of this regenerative farm!!!

Now the group is putting the standard very high, as regenerative and includes some very interesting people as full time residents.

It looks prosperous and productive, very interesting to look at in photographs.  Truly a lifetime memory to anyone who has regenerative farming on their bucket list.

I found this, it maybe the place you had in mind.
Adopt an almond tree

"Aimee will take care of your adoption and take its picture. You will also be able to download the adoption certificate, and if you wish, plan your visit to the farm.
We grow these rainfed crops using regenerative farming techniques, a type of agriculture geared towards the recovery of soil,
water and biodiversity in order to achieve a sustainable agricultural system.
A Marcona almond is far sweeter, moister, and softer than the classic almond variety with a buttery flavor and texture.
It has a delicate aroma and taste that is reminiscent of the almond essence used in baked goods.
You do not enter into any long-term commitment: Although your adoption will be renewed automatically,
you will always be informed in advance and may decide to cancel your adoption at any time as long as the preparation has not yet begun.
Your almond tree produces an average of 2kg of regenerative almonds every year."

I agree. Here's the link: http://stoves2.com
