If you’ve ever struggled with cutting and de-seeding a pomegranate (and who hasn’t?), I found the easiest way to do it without making a huge mess or wasting seeds.

I love having fresh pomegranates around, but they can be such a hassle to open. This trick seriously changed the game for me. It’s super quick, takes about a minute, and it’s surprisingly simple!

If you want to see how it’s done, I found this short video that walks you through it.
