I get a propaganda letter from my electric company every month (Appalachian Power, an AEP Company  200 Association Drive Suite 201 Charleston WV 25311-1278)
called Home Energy Report.  This month's letter tells me that my energy use was lower than efficient homes by 56%.  And that I helped to save myself some coin and the really big one "the environment".  And my highest use is in the winter heating season I Should invest in a new and more efficient heating system which would save me $95 per year. Yowza, and how many years would that take for ROI???

I always get a good laugh from these letters, then I run them through the paper shredder for worm bedding.  Here is my question; if I order a dozen of Paul's BBW books can I have a post it note placed at Chapter 13 and mailed to AEP Office??   And does anyone think it would help???

It's not that hard to reduce one's electric bill, as a really sharp guy once said; use less, heat the person not the room!!!

Peace

I suspect, the books would go to receiving where a passive effort would be made to find out who ordered them. If there was no claim, the books would go to storage or be dumped.

I say this because I was at a college when many new computers were found still in their boxes in a warehouse.   They were over 10 years old.  It seems a major computer company had donated them.   Receiving did it know what to do with them, so they sat.

I was at a state warehouse where a very pricey collection of office furniture sat for many years. It seems an official ordered it and wasn’t re-elected.   Of course, his/her replacement wasn’t aware the furniture existed.
