Im currently looking to purchase several acres to build retirement homestead around Jasper TX area, looking for wooded backed up to timber company or national forest. I want to build another metal house (this will be my third to build). Currently live in a 4,300 sq/ft house with 5,000 gallon rain catchment on 2 acres with stocked pond, with gardens chickens large raised beds(to keep geese out) over 100 fruit trees. I know how to plumb, do electrical (wired my whole home and generator hookup), ran all pex etc.
