Not sure which forum to put this in,

Fiji is having a tough time.
There is an epidemic going on right now, and it was a wild idea that permies could help. A YouTuber made a video showing the ice/meth problem rampant on Fiji.

The odd thing is that fijians claim there is not one single rehab facility. So, how did my mind get to Wheaton not a drug laboratories?
It is unconventional, but I think some form of the Wheaton experience would make the best rehab for a place like Fiji. We are talking rampant poverty, and the ability to be self sufficient would be a tremendous skill.
Perhaps there is some billionaire with an extra few hundred thousand dollars laying around,
What do you think Permies?
I am not asking if it is probable to happen,
but rather how probable it would help others.
I think that the Wheaton Labs and Permies system is nearly set up with all this pip badges and things. Those tasks would show who is putting out an effort in the program, and I think outdoors focused rehab would be one way to save lives.
The issue with any rehab is danger, but this would be building a community, and this format could be proven succesful and then replicable in many areas.
All the project is missing is funding, people desiring to help others, and all of the minutia figured out.
I the Sci Fi world where we had those things, do you think permaculture would "get through" to some, and do you think that percentage would be higher or lower than traditional inpatient rehab?
Just remember that they have none,, which I find a little hard to believe, but would be staggering if true. Perhaps they mean no large ones or no state funded ones, but I find it difficult to believe there are no independent or nonprofit ones in the entire country of Fiji.
It would be Wheaton Down Under, and we could make Crocodile Dundee jokes.
If this were funded, I would throw my heart into it, and be one of the many passionate cogs needed for such a project.
Imagine what you could grow, and I am not talking about the abundance of tropical vegetables, but growing people.
Don't you think permaculture would be best for that?
