Best RMH How-To Book

Hey all! I am living in Siberia and am building a BIG garage, about 800sqr foot. Garage workshop combio. I'm thinking about putting in a rocket stove there. Normally I would put in what the Russians call a Holand Heater, kind of like a Russian masonry heater but smaller, about the size of a stand alone wardrobe without any cooking area.

I have a lot of experience with masonry heaters and thought I'd give the rocket stove a try, to compare in -40 the respective attributes! I was wondering if any of you could suggest a good book (preferably available in PDF) on the subject. Something worthwhile. I'd get the DVD set but 1). I like having a book with drawings that I can study without pausing and rewinding and 2). $100 is a bit rough on my wallet at the moment!
