Looking for assistant farm manager as well as farm hands

Howdy, I operate a pastured poultry farm and intensive market garden that is owned by a local restaurant owner. We provide products to his restaurants but are wanting to scale up so we need a little help. I also have a personal farm where I grow produce for the restaurants on about an acre, so I am spread thin between the two places. We are looking for people with a willingness to learn, have a positive mindset, do hard work and have a passion for sustainable/regenerative/organic agriculture. We provide housing with all necessary amenities and a good wage of $14-18/hour depending upon skill level. We’re located in Shreveport, Louisiana.
