I think your blueberry is probably OK. Reka is especially known for the intense reddish color of its leaves. Blueberries can usually handle cold temperatures pretty well. But if the leaves turn brown, then you have a real problem.
The flowers might be damaged by the hard frost. But it is always recommended that people remove the flower clusters on all blueberry bushes before they transplant them. That way, the plant will focus on vegetative growth the first year, instead of being stunted permanently by trying to ripen a small handful of berries. Good luck and keep us posted.
