Id like to visit USA!!! or Iberia or anywhere Tax deductable travel and skill building is what me and my missus and 4yo are after

Is it possible to visit sites such as described in the book ;has anyone over there done any significant plantings of fodder trees (perhaps got a permaculture feedlot going>.
