Radical Mycology co-founder Peter McCoy will be holding a 2.5 day intensive on the theory, practice, and application of mushroom cultivation this October in his home town of Olympia, Washington. This course covers the essentials of mushroom production for all budgets, with an emphasis on techniques and tools that keep costs and complexity to a minimum. Looks promising

It should read as "aseptic", not "sterile; on their website. A common mistake
