My name is Aaron and live in Wisconsin. Have been getting more and more interested in permaculture lifestyle. Have been reading a lot of permaculture subjects for a year or two but with no practical experience.

My goal is to become more minimalist in my needs. Get rid of unhealthy habits and form healthier habits. Seek out hands on experience. Save money to purchase a small plot of land. Live simply in a cabin or converted bus. Slowly, project to project form my own piece of permaculture land.

I decided to join Permies because it looks to be a vibrant network of knowledgeable and passionate people. I figured a good first step is to join a community of like minded people learn and stay inspired. Hopefully in the future I will be in a position to contribute some originally content of projects I take on or lessons I've learned. Until then I will be lurking and asking questions.

Hi Aaron!

Sometimes a good question which triggers a good discussion is a great contribution. All the other folks with the same question but were too embarrassed to ask it will benefit from that discussion, so feel free to contribute away...
