Hello,
Spring/fake spring has arrived. Birds are out and the wildflowers are blooming. The universe has granted me the opportunity to care take a beautiful 20 acre property in Northern California. We are about 25-30 mins east of Yreka, 10 mins from Copco, and 45 mins from Ashland Oregon. The property is gorgeous. This is an opportunity for a trailer or tiny house on wheels. There is a cabin with bathroom, shower, and laundry services available. There is trash pick up and mail delivery as well.

There are tons of projects and more popping up. Lots of tree trimming, a walipini in progress, drainage projects, and more. The property is free of noise and light pollution making night sky watching incredible. Lots of wild life and a seasonal creek. Currently have a small fruit tree and berry orchard started and plants starts for veggies.

Looking for someone who has experience living off grid. If you’re interested please message me directly.

Welcome to the forum!

We have an Experiences Forum where your ad would be best seen so I have added your post to Volunteer Offering as I did not see a mention of money being offered.

Hello. I'm writing in regards to your post (obviously) lol...
What I've read fits me to a T, I cannot begin to describe how much this would be a blessing to me and I promise you would be pleased in the ways I could help and things I can create that would bennifit the land provide us with easier living. I've lived in southern Oregon mostly life but ventured into house flipping the past four years which has lead me to the Missouri Ozarks. However I had an unbelievable round of bad luck recently and my home and land burnt to the ground this Christmas morning burning everything including beloved dog. I now own nothing and didn't have insurance. So I'm currently living with a neighbor but want nothing more than to be in northern California living off grid. I had my bags packed and my house up for sale with the intention of buying property in Shasta county or somewhere very north cal. And living off grid. But then the fire happens and life has been a struggle since. I have tremendous skills in building and creating and am a workaholic. People are always asking me I ever take a break for fun ? But working is my fun. I take pride in doing things for others and am blessed when I see their faces from the things that I build or do for them. I can make generators run off of burning wood (wood gasifier)  and can't wait to share some of my pictures with you of the cabin and tiny home I built last year, that is unfortunately gone now. But I don't want to ramble on in case you found someone already to come help you....oh I'm 42 years old white male.Loyal and Honest to a fault. Hope to hear from you soon. Jimmy
