An eco-village is being established in Mexico.
There is a 27-hectare plot of land in the mountains, located 20 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean.
This location is ideal for permaculture and other forms of natural farming, as it remains warm throughout the year.
Electricity is available, and there is crystal clear water sourced from a mountain river.
Each person designs and builds their housing in their own way and at their own expense, using natural building materials, specifically adobe blocks.
The initiator of the settlement, as well as the landowner, is a doctor of medical sciences. Based on his extensive experience, he also plans to establish a health recovery retreat for visitors.

I am kind of interested, though I am in the US, I would like knowing if this is northern Mexico, especially if it is on Baja California, or not. I am in California and would look into this carefully if I know it would not be very much further from the border. And, I would build a simple home with more interest in growing what I can on the land available there.
