Hey all, just wanted to mention something that might be useful for folks here. I’ve been helping people find rural land. I have access to properties that are mostly in the South and Midwest—think OK, MO, AR, AL, TN, KY, etc -- owner financed. No credit check, and down payments can be as low as $199. If you can swing that small of a down payment and the closing costs and keep up with payments, the land is yours. If not, you walk away. It’s not for everyone, but for folks looking to get started with a homestead or just carve out a bit of land for themselves without a huge upfront investment, it can be a solid option. If anyone has questions or wants to talk through the process, feel free to message me or call/text me at 469-678-8728.
