This is a dish based on escarole with some Italian-American flair. It originates from Utica, New York in the United States and it is just so good.

I highly recommend trying it out, it's wonderful.

While my attempt did not come out as pretty looking as the video, it was delicious!

I forgot to get a finished picture, but this is it in the process of cooking prior to adding breadcrumbs and cheese to go under the broiler.
