Hi Nancy,

I hope you are well. Yes we do ask for an email as the only mandatory piece of info from our subscribers, this it to ensure our email round ups reach them and allows us to ensure they can contact us and vice versa, similar to how this website works.

Our free plan enables members to gain access to all our articles other than some of our exclusive features, so that we can cater to all. I hope this helps!

Warm regards,

HH

I like that you are encouraging people to start with the most accessible steps, such as windowsill herbs for busy city dwellers:

"Herbs are ideal first-time crops because they thrive in containers, require little space and serve multiple purposes.

"Opt for culinary staples such as basil, parsley and thyme alongside medicinal or aromatic varieties like lavender, chamomile and lemon balm."

Hi all,

As summer draws to a close, we’re delighted to share that our final location feature of the season will be going live next week Thursday: a week-long exploration of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, two coastal towns where sustainability is not just a practice but a way of life.

Whether you're curious about regenerative agriculture, heritage food preservation, or the cultural richness of the Adriatic coast, this feature offers a compelling portrait of sustainable living in one of Europe’s most storied regions.
