A couple years ago Permaculture Magazine published plans for a simple shaving horse.



It is easy to bang together. I will probably change the top bar one of these days, at the Common Ground Fair I saw one that fit between the arms and was drilled out with a bolt holding it in so it could pivot and get a better grip on the material.
