Hi have been recently listening to a permaculture course recording by Bill Mollison that was done back in 1983 where he talked about ways communities could set up an unincorporated association and two trusts (one a holding trust for the common good, and the other a unit discretionary trust) and I was wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to find the copies of those documents. In the recording he said that he had made them available to people to use in order to set up their own system and I was hoping to check them out.

Does anyone have copies of these or know specifically where I could get them from? I am interested in all documents, the one for the ethical association, as well as the ones for the holding and unit discretionary trusts.

I just saw that myself (via the PDC posted on Udemy by Tagari).  Since Tagari is part of McAlistair Trading Trust, the folks in charge of it likely can either get you a copy of the docs (hopefully for that same nominal fee Bill mentions) or at least point you in the right direction.  If you do find out, please post here so we know where to go for that!
